I don't think there is really a way to measure people's intellectual capabilities accurately, as I believe both traditional IQ and performance IQ are flawed and only measure certain things.

I have the exact same problem! It's really weird when I'm actually doing work, but then I switch to a tab like Facebook when someone watches me.
