Women aren't mind readers. If a man wants a woman bad enough, he'll muster the courage to get her. If he can't, he probably doesn't deserve her in the first place. What a bunch of bullsh*t. You don't need to read someones mind, you need to read their body language . You see unduki, if a man wants a...

I don't know about bad memory having anything to do with autism. I am cursed with a very good memory. I know a lot of NT's who don't have good memories and find they pretty much don't always like to remember the actual truth of something. They can get pretty mean about it, too, but maybe this is ju...

Probably more to do with your diet than autism. Check out Phosphatidylserine. If the memory problems were due to diet they wouldn't have higher prevalence in autism, as autistic individuals in general won't have different diets to the wider population. I don't know about bad memory having anything ...

There is no other view on religion than that on man. Religion is man-made, after all.

So you declare. You don't know.

Evidently, in 2006, an aspie daydreaming looked different than an NT.

I suppose it still might look different since we have different brains.

Sometimes the people doing these studies get so myopic they miss the big picture What a waste of resources.

I did ok with math until 5th grade long division. That's when numbers started making me zone out or feel ill. I was able to get an Associates Degree (with high honors) at the local Junior college but I've taken Algebra 4 times and flunked out every time - it's the only class where I didn't get an A....

I think this is a general human thing. We are creatures of habit. All my life I've heard women say they can't just sit and watch TV without something in their hands, like needlework, etc... Reading in the bathroom (there are books just for bathrooms) Doing homework while watching TV or listening to ...

Are we not human? I wonder which box they'll try to shove us ALL in next.

I just bought a 1-yr. subscription to this. Other than the usual age-related decline prevention, has anyone noticed a benefit for autistic folk, specifically?

My job is waiting for my dad to die. I hate it. I'd get another job but I love my dad too much to put him in a home.
