I’m starting training on the breath stroke for next summers meet.
I’ve learned you should lift your head only enough to take a quick breath in competitive breath stroke or frog swimming. 8)

This summer I competed in our city’s Corporate Challenge. I won 2 more Gold Medals in Swimming events. (In my age group) Anyone else compete in Corporate Challenge or other Competition? 8)

After 4+ decades in mental health I have retired. I find my filter at home needs adjusting. More time with my beloved wife is great. I’m applying for Emeritus Status in October. (That’s the month of Credentialling) 8)
