I left with 130 hours of unpaid PTO. It was a nice surprise. Also told me I didn’t take much time off.

I’m starting training on the breath stroke for next summers meet.
I’ve learned you should lift your head only enough to take a quick breath in competitive breath stroke or frog swimming.  |

| After 4+ decades in mental health I have retired. I find my filter at home needs adjusting. More time with my beloved wife is great. I’m applying for Emeritus Status in October. (That’s the month of Credentialling) |
