I enjoy watching credits too. I like to see who the cast was, the producers, the music composer, etc. Seeing all of those names and knowing that all those names are a paycheck, you realize why movies cost as much as they do. Then there is also the little bonus scene that some movies put at the end o...

Speaking of CRT monitors, I still have the original CRT monitor (21" flatscreen. Try and imagine the weight) from my first computer, a Quantex desktop. I would love to have a vintage computer setup with a few different kids hooked up to one monitor, keyboard, and mouse via KVM switch, but I do ...

I'd go back to the early 90's and get some Super Mario and Pokemon games and never open them. Heck, lets throw in a Gameboy while we're at it. :P

So were the 90's in my opinion. It was a nearly perfect blend of traditional tried & true tech with the innovations of the future. Plus that's when the computer started to revolutionize every aspect of life.

The 80's had some cool stuff. I guess that rubbed off on me because I drive an 80's car. :D Plus I have a lot of emblems and dealer sales brochures from 80's era cars and trucks.

^Funny you mention Professor Juniper. I actually know the voice actress who voiced her. :) I've been out of touch with the animated Pokemon series for years, but Professor Oak was one I always enjoyed seeing. Did you ever enjoy playing with Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars (or any diecast car of that sca...

Yeah, that looks 80's to me. I have an 80's era computer keyboard with the Din-5 connector plug, and the layout and design of the keys remind me of it. A couple of years ago I had picked a new old stock package of two Smith Corona typewriter correctable ribbons to sell online. Looking at the photos ...

My dad actually brought it home, he found it while he was with my mom. It is an electronic typewriter, it works great and believe it or not, it actually has ink in it! :D Wow, surprised the ink hasn't dried up. I've always wanted to try one of those things just to hear the mechanical noise they mak...

I misread the title not seeing "Victim" and thinking it was implying the actual shooter was autistic. Got a little nervous for a moment, because that's the last thing we need.

Glad to hear that he'll be okay. I hope someday we'll all actually do something to stop these senseless shootings.
