"F***ing ninjas!"
"Where's my taco?!"
"I thought I had enough cupcakes" |

Possibly Aikido, it's the martial art based around peacefully ending a conflict, and the only weapons used in it are to train in disarming rather than attacking. I've always enjoyed it, since it's more about flow of movements than forcefull movements. One of my original teachers had a great line of ... |

The absolute best defense I've found to work against these folks is to look slightly alarmed at something they can't see while arguing with yourself. If you mumble something about kidneys or a spleen, all the better (it may make you look crazy, but that's the point). This also works great against th... |

It honestly depends on your major. I'm not going to get into the argument of which major is the hardest, but you need to understand which classes will actually require you to study, even if it's just an hour or two a night for homework. I was exactly like you in high school (at least for languages, ... |

Good lord, that's great that other people hate phones as much as me. I've always detested talking on them, and that dislike was only excacerbated when I spent two months working as a telemarketer. That ended with me having a breakdown and punching the computer moniter so hard it cracked. |

Yeah, I'm feeling their same pain. I graduated in June 07 with a degree in Chemical Engineering, blown about 12 in-person interviews and many more phone interviews. It's getting a tad bit frustrating, to say the least, especially when I run into people with whom I graduated and the first question t... |

Yeah, if it's just one boss, I'd agree that you shouldn't quit, especially if you're good with the other levels of management, and especially since they dislike her. Nothing says "fun" like an ass on a powertrip, but at least you have her superiors on your side. |

I've actually been thinking about doing that for a while, but I have some damnedable level of stubborness that keeps me thinking "I can get it without having to resort to that." |

What's unfortunate for me is that I'm completely aware of all of the problems that I'm experiencing, but I have no control over them. Outside of interviews, I'm actually an extraordinarily normal fellow (just a bit weird, of course). Hell, I didn't even realize I had Asperger's until I started inter... |
