It used to be ridiculous when I was a teenager. I've mellowed out a little bit, but even in a long term relationship, I still want it 2-3 times a day.

She's mellowed out to 2-3 times a day? All I can think to say is, Wow.

One thing that can help me when I'm down is to laugh. So I'll occasionally go to YouTube and search for something that I know is funny -- old Kids in the Hall sketches, Eddie Murphy doing James Brown on SNL -- whatever it is that makes you laugh. I'm really glad to hear other people do this. It drives my wife nuts, but there are songs I just MUST listen to over and over. The third movement to Beethoven's 9th -- so gorgeous I can let it go again and again. Program in a few Louis Armstrong Hot Fives and Hot Sevens and let them play over and ov...

Eating yogurt after your prescription runs out is a good idea. Your system is meant to contain billions of bacteria, and that's the best way to ensure that they are beneficial ones, not just whatever random stuff you might happen to pick up. Absolutely essential. In fact, get a probiotic supplement...

Also, depending on if you're allergic to cats or not, cats are wonderful, loving pets. We just adopted two cats after not having on...

Here's something I posted just a couple nights ago after my six-year-old son melted: I served some frozen blueberries to my younger son (21 months) -- he loves chomping on frozen blueberries. I asked my older son (we'll call him B -- 6-year-old Aspie) if he would like some blueberries too because he...
