My point. Whoever mentioned you in posts was breaking the rule — whether they knew you were silent banned or not. A forum with an active membership in the thousands is too large to run on rumour. Make it clearly known which accounts are banned and which are not. |

Sorry Alex, I have a problem with your banned member rule. I think before you can ban people for talking about banned members you should at least make it mandatory that they have "banned" as their CT with a red X under their name. Otherwise how are people supposed to know they were banned? Several ... |

Hey blessedmom, hey other Dino-Aspies, g'day to all. Just finished reading the novelisation of FlashForward (upon which the TV series was based). Not too awful overall, but Anathem by Neal Stephenson leaves it for dead. Love Anathem to pieces. Cryptonomicon also well worth reading. This author ~*kno... |

I was browsing alphabetically through the member list not long ago, trying to find out who "HCTR" might be. (Yes, it's true I have no life!) I thought this person might be "HardCoreSomethingSomething." It turns out there is a "HArdcoreraver247," and wouldn't it be cool to hear from them a little mor... |

All I'm saying is that Alex's comment could be interpreted in several very different ways, depending on where the logical operators are placed in the sentence. It's up to him to clarify, really. |

I have worked as a copyeditor and proofreader at various times in my life. The curse of the text-focused Aspie is to notice every little incongruity, logical error, and peculiarity in what I read. I should be so lucky as to translate the ability to spot glitches in text into the ability to spot glit... |

The Simpsons and South Park criteria is so people won't think I just want sex and nothing else. And what if I am wanting more of a friend-with-benefits situation? I think that may be more up my alley, but I was afraid to mention it . If sex is in fact all you want, just say so and be done with it! ... |

I heart that pic, Lemon. :thumleft: I wasted... *ahem* devoted some time yesterday to researching polymer-clay sites for inspiration. Found some really cool stuff: Jana Lehmann's pens to decorate and give to people as gifts. Elena Samsonova works in eye-popping vivid colour, and linked on this page ... |

@lemon: Was the image also in your "kids" folder on that site? Those pictures are charming! I like the wallpapers (insect one is soooo cool) and the draft fabric pattern especially.
