| Fresh vegetables steamed or stir fried over regular pasta e g spaghetti or macaroni, add some fresh or dried herbs. The instant Chinese style noodles can also work well and are economical. |

Sorry to hear you have back issues. The best way to lift heavy stuff is to use yiur legs rather than your back.
I agree with the idea of the previous respondent about making notes to help remember things and be more organized. |

| A bit off topic but if you like dystopian movies you might be familiar with the Maze Runner movie trilogy. I also enjoyed Alita: Battle Angel especially the brief Dogmaster scene! |
