I tried to date a friend once who always said I lacked lacked confidence then when I stopped sharing my emotions and stopped being open with her was like wow where’d this confidence come from. so confidence is never showing emotions and weakness. Most women here say most women want a confide... |

You know what a gun feels lik? How do you know it’s not my phone or flashlight or something else? I suspect most gun people wouldn’t even know it by hugging. All you’d feel is something non body pressed up against you. I carry a bunch of things on my belt like most guys do. I am never around guns, ... |

I am not an incel, thank you very much. My point was actually a serious one. My point was that men need to become succesful for society to have sympathy for them, which seems to me to be somewhat more factual than: "men need to be more emotional and adobt feminine traits, and society will sudd... |

I love you, Fnord ... Women have never cared about men, so I couldn't care less about women's issues. I don't really care about men's issues either, because it's a hopeless game you'd have to be an idiot to believe in. So I'm an idiot, huh? So much for your "love" -- you can keep it and s... |

How did it work with your wife? Did getting to know her make you lose your passion? |

I am sure behaving like this in a thread about men's issues will give you extra feminism points and make the ladies impressed, guys. |

I’m just giving my take on the matter....I believe in the “what’s fair is fair” doctrine—for all genders. Any woman here will attest that I am not a “white knight.” I calls them as I sees them. "What's fair is fair" is a legitimate take on the subject, but for some reason (I wonder why) a... |

I just don’t agree with that assessment....... I like to have fun here. I don’t like my fun to be limited. If you don't agree please explain why you think it's not off-topic to come to a thread about men's issues to talk about how much you care about women's rights. I'm sure the ladies are all impr... |

I just want a partner. Ask yourself why you want that. When you have your answer ask why again. Keep doing this and your desire will dissolve as you realize your pursuit is ill-founded. Because often companionship is a nice thing and it sucks to be alone and rejected all the time. Such empty sophis... |

I find it amusing I can write something that is true and the best peacesells can come up with to lead off is “This makes no sense.” I’ve seen him do this many times with myself and others. It’s like “this makes no sense” is somehow supposed to magically render a good point invalid. I guess one way ... |

I saw a lot if "Playing the Field" on both sides while in the Navy. The most significant difference was that the men would brag about the number of their "conquests", while the women pretended to be with only one man at a time. One woman (an E3 non-rate, striking for RM) was dat... |

Seems I have to stop carrying and sell all my guns in order to get a relationship or date. That’s not something I’ll ever do. If this lady wants to have a relationship she’ll just have to accept I own, shoot, like and carry firearms. Did you get my pm? Obviously, none here has ever said such a thin... |
