| No way I can explain in detail my thought process, I don't even know most of it. You know when you look at certain math problems, and the answer just pops into your head? | I look slightly to the left or right of the persons face, and sometimes briefly in the eyes. I always use peripheral vision to keep at least one eye trained on the other persons though, to help me follow conversation better. | When bored I work, I sometimes sit there and stare at a box of dish deteregent. Staring helps me concentrate on my thoughts sometimes. |

| I used to be held down a lot as a young child, I think it's a really old method to deal with ADHD. Then again, I was once the definition of a temper tantrum, also known as a meltdown to most. It's probably part of the reason I don't like hugs, yet find them to be relaxing at the same time. |
