| I mutter to myself a lot,and when I'm alone I do it quite a bit,especially singing or saying rhymes.This can be embarrassing if someone surprises me when I'm doing it. |

^^^^^Ive got all those symptoms also.Rich food and stress are the worst.
Watch out for over the counter pain meds such as Advil,etc...I had them do some really weird stuff to my digestive tract. |
