Just had an incident while working! Writing a report...."Mr. X returned to work in mid 2008 but recently died during the first week of March 2009 of a heart ATTACH while snowmobiling." The word ATTACK was written in front of me (I was copying some notes), I know bloody well it was a heart ATTACK, ye...

Most likely! When I have time to think about what I'm going to say, it's ok. For example, when sitting in class and thinking of question, if I asked one it was a very good one (most of the time I just sat silent). However, when my boss comes into my office to ask for an update on a project or to ask...

Yes, often. Even to almost strangers (there was traffic, I'm late, I'm sorry) and then "you don't have to say you're sorry" comes back at me. When I was little I was told to say "sorry." Now I don't miss it much, perhaps because if in doubt I apologize. Or I'm always explaining my actions because th...

YES! Not sure how often it happens for NT. It seems I have always positioned myself in the wrong place, and I am totally oblivious to someone who needs to get by. My ex would always remind me when I was in the way. Sometimes bump into people too. But more often I'm just "in the way". Or I almost wal...

Yup, very often, not sure about frequency but I still worry about things I said in childhood and adolescence (I'm 29 now). Worry is my modus operandi. I just can't stop.

I think I often don`t tell people stuff for the same reasons--fear of reaction and thinking I should have told them sooner (example: haven`t told my best friend, male, about the guy I have been seeing for about a year. And as time goes by it keeps getting worse and i know I should say something but ...

This is something I have always struggled with. If my school work is not perfect, then there is something wrong with it (unless it is 100% there is room for improvement). Sometimes when I know something will not be able to be perfect I do a really half-assed job, so that when it is not perfect I can...

A few more: Raw pasta (can be any shape. I think this started from being so excited when it was pasta night that I just couldn't wait for the pasta to cook). I probably have it a few times a week. Hot chocolate powder Butter (margarine isn't worth it. Will eat crackers/bread just to have some butter...

She kept on saying "that's interesting". She must have said "that's interesting" about 10 times. I feel bad for her. She tried, I know she loves me and is concerned. It might make some sense to her. She remembered that 4 years ago at my grandfather's 90th birthday party I just sat in a chair, and th...

Hi Bonuspoints, just to let you know I'm out here struggling with the same dilemma. Have spent my whole life doing what my parents, and others, expect me to be/do because that's what is normal. And it's gone on for so long I have no sense of self, just that I know I'm not happy and I'm not really li...

Always test anxiety, for all exams. I seemed to do better when I wasn't as prepared and everything would somehow coming pouring out from all corners of my brain. Sometimes I could often picture where something (e.g. key word) was on a page, when I couldn't remember much else. I often felt guilty bec...

Me! Since i was 10...started at the end of grade 4. Generally when I'm stressed, anxious, confused, often the foregoing are regarding decision making, even if it's something like how to format my work. I pull from my head and there are patches. Went to TONS of therapy for trich, and no one went furt...
