Hang in there and don't give up on you!

That is a lot to be going through all at once! I am very sorry for your pain. Re: grandfather and aunt-- make today count. Show them love. If they are quiet, then be with them quietly. If they talk, listen. If you have to visit for fewer minutes at a time, that is okay. Sometimes less is more. Re: k...

Exercise in any amount -- even in bed-- helps my anxiety. Caution not to overdo it.

Like Khan or Use my. I have used Khan and I love it. Also, sometimes there are free online homework help web...

Look up the EEOC nearest you. You can text chat with or call them on the phone. Staff there can determine if anything that happened is chargeable under the ADA or other laws (if you have the energy to do so). Other than that, are you looking for work? Don't wait too long. Others probably have specif...

Do the interview etc. Let the bosses decide on who they want. Meanwhile, when the other volunteers talk or speculate about the changes maybe you can stay neutral and say general stuff like "yeah it will be interesting to see what happens" or "yeah the new touch screen is different&quo...

Sigh.

I don't focus on the cool peeps and don't have f2f friends anyways. Lots of acquaintances. I am the one they call if they need a ride or no one else is around to hang out with. After years of this subtle sort of being used by others, I now say no more. I am alone more but being used a lot less.
