Its late at night and its not safe to walk home, so I took a taxi. I dont normally do this. Anyway when I got to the destination the meter read something like 4.80. Then when we stopped it said 6.20. Not sure what happened there. Is this normal? Didnt say anything cos erm im a bit of an idiot. |

When I have my own flat I plan on getting a nice set up anyway, so I will dig out the CDs then because admi... |

Managed to wire up my turntable this morning. Forgotten how good it sounds!
Was listening to Bob Dylan and it really sounds alive on vinyl. I have just ordered Neil Young's Harvest.
A question. If I want to give a disc a quick wipe before listening, whats the best way to do it? |

Not sure why this whole J Rock is considered a special style. Apart from visual kei, several J Rock bands I heard sound very much like any other rock, so if you would not tell the bands were Japanese you would not know. Visual kei is different and more distinctive Japanese, however J Rock ... I hav... |

Whats the actual definition of eccentric? I've always thought of myself as eccentric but no one has ever called me that.
Maybe they just dont say it to the face. |

Thanks for the info! That was most useful. No idea how it got that flaw. I remember listening to it one day and then heard it and thought WTF? Then my dad just said, oh its always been like that. He wasn't a big music fan, so i guess he never looked after stuff like this. Even if he only had 1 or 2 ... |

Great post Landaree! Thanks for the tips. I guess some things just can't be helped and an alternative is better. Love the photos you have there. Did you colour boost the Covent Garden ones? Looks very rich in colour. How do I get started with learning this stuff with Photoshop? (actually I use Gimp,... |
