I hate it when people tell me that when I'm VERY ANGRY & don't act my age, I don't even act like an adult, I don't know how, my anger takes control of me, when people tell me you are an adult, act your age then I realize they really don't know about my aspergers. Being overwhelmed happens a lot with me. Often times it's just overstimulation of noises around me. Too much talking at me or yelling, too much music or chatting, etc. Sometimes it's being given too many tasks to complete in a short amount of time. All of that can cause anxiety for me.
