| That's damn fast. 8) I've run at that 10mph pace for 1-2mins at a time on a treadmill while varying pace, but I've yet to tackle a 6min mile. It's on my goals list, though. I've been doing a lot more longer distance jogging. I ran 9.xx kms this evening - outside, in the dark. 8) I didn't time myself... |
