How is his interaction with you guys and his siblings? Does he try to interact/show interest in what you guys are doing? I don't know how much he can be/is involved in family activities but maybe he is trying to make himself more relevant/be more involved. Also you said he likes hearing his words re...

Hi I'm 16 and from Cincinnati Ohio so we might be kinda near each other! I'm undiagnosed but I meet all of the criteria. In fact, I recently finished writing 3600 words on why I do. (I'm trying to convince my parents and psychologists that someone as smart/functional as me can be on the spectrum) Re...

After the first three it seemed like I was stumbling like a drunk. But they gave me a score of 469, and said that I was "in the top one percent"! 8O https://youtu.be/I33u_EHLI3w I find that that website makes the mistake of putting "top" in front of everything because I'm in the...

I was diagnosed with NVLD about four years ago. It is possible for people to have both. I read somewhere that almost all people who meet the criteria for ASD meet the criteria for NVLD but it is less common the other way around. From my research, those with NVLD and not ASD don't stim any more than ...

I may be similar to my situation. I have a Verbal IQ of 142 but my Performance IQ is so low that the psychologist said it be pointless to give me a combined IQ because it would not accurately reflect my intelligence. Like others have said, I would check the subset scores.

Yeah I plan on having a shorter version as well. I just wanted to have a version that left no room for misinterpretation or any of that "But you can talk and make eye contact" crap that psychologists like to pull when they meet me without getting all the information. Thanks for the input.

Hi guys, I just wanted to tell you all about this to see what you thought about it and to see if anyone else had done it and possibly gotten results. So, I am an undiagnosed Aspie and recently I got sick of people tell me that I don't quite/can't meet the criteria because of XYZ and decided to take ...

Hi Cole! Welcome to Wrong Planet. I relate a lot to your situation, I'm almost 17 myself and I know how hard it can be to put all the pieces together and figure out what's going on with your brain. You said that you're close with your mom and that your brother has a diagnosis. So, maybe your mom wou...

Hi I know this thread is a little old but I wanted to comment. Hi guys just wanted to share a "homemade" stim toy of mine that came about this Easter weekend. I found that if you tape a penny onto the inside of the bottom half of a plastic Easter egg it will function like a weeble wobble and you can spin it and knock it around and watch it move. Very ...

On a routine trip to Kalos David stumbles upon a seriously confused group of people attempting to communicate with some sort of alien. He sends Venisaur to introduce them and see if Venisaur can communicate with it
