I've heard back from him .He says he's not aware of autism etc ever being within that side of the family , but it's only fairly recently that there's been more info about it. He says he'll keep in touch with anything he thinks might interest me. Re my grandfather and his great uncle: I vaguely remem...

Recently I came across the best DNA match re genealogy that I've ever had . He's a half or full second cousin on my mother's paternal side . It's a side I've had no personal dealings with . Indeed although my maternal grandfather didn't die till 1988 I never met him . At the end of my second message...

Unfortunately in the UK ability to describe need , either by yourself or via someone else , often trumps degree of need when it comes to claiming disability benefits . That means a person with mild physical problems who has the ability to plan his/her claim like a military campaign will often do bet...

I really hate " A Current Affair", but some schools are great at victim blaming: Kid gets bullied and the school says "Your child needs to me more resilient, that's the problem" From the very start of my time at Felsted (British public school) I was verbally bullied . The villag...

I'm not American but yes my test was very thorough. The report is about 20 pages of detailed statistics like I posted. I should add that I have co-morbid diagnoses of CPTSD, MDD (>99th percentile), GAD (>99th percentile), Alexithymia, Agoraphobia, and Selective Mutism. I also suffered a stroke thre...
