| The meeting is at my apartment with my Regional Center counselor for tomorrow, I was cleaning & fell down, I hit my head, both my knees, my knees got red marks on them & I almost broke my skin. I still in pain, I wish I can cancel, but I aleady canceled before, I was sick. |

| When you are overwhelmed, can that cause by having too much anxiety? When you are overwhelmed, do you stay in your apartment or your house? I hate having anxiety, I think I have to get anxiety medicine. |
