I just read this thread back to myself. First I want to thank all of you for your help!
Secondly, I want to ask if by CD, you mean a regular CD and not a blank DVD disk.
Thank you so much!
By CD i mean CD. Over here, where the movie companies do not run the government, we have DVD players that can play CD movies, also called VCD:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCD
Also, you can fill another CD with contain individual files that also can be played in sequence such as MPEG audio (MP3), Images (JPEG or digital camera format) and other Movie formats (AVI, WMV files) etc. Some DVD players also have USB ports so you can attach USB memory sticks and play it that way, maby even USB Harddrives could work (have not tested it).
You can also burn these files to DVD without the normal DVD "system" on it which will make the same CD menu pop up and you will be able to play these individual files in the same way as if they were on a CD.
