Imagine what future computer games would be like. Instead of controlling characters external to yourself, you get to be the character in the game (your computer "soul"). Your brain would be the controller.

F*ck, how cool would that be.

We're already doing that. Our world is merely a virtual reality video game with total immersion. The real world is a desolate planet that has been laid waste by a recent nuclear war. The few remaining people became depressed with life and resolved to cope by spending the rest of their lives playing video games.
