Does anyone know how to clear out un-needed Internet files from Windows 7 ( this is the Laptop home version).
Any info will be much, much appreciated!

Sincerely,
Matthew

You mean temporary files and cookies/etc?

"Ccleaner' for browsing junk, or "SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition" for malware..

Well, not actually cookies. Those Internet files that build up over time, I forget the old term, maybe misc. Internet files? Windows 98 & XP used to have a utility for cleaning them up..
Last time I used a free app for cleaning out cookies/viruses, it cost me my desktop from the virus some hacker had planted at the Web site, forget that option. But certainly there is a utility for cleaning up the hard-drive included in the OS, this being again Windows 7.

Sincerely,
Matthew
