That is another issue I have been having. I can't log into my bank accounts either.
Opera's good for circumventing stupid IE-only scripts. I've never had any issues arise from using it, but it's always possible that pages might render weird using that method.

I had that problem with dlink routers and firefox a few years ago. It was always recommended to use IE. Some of the firefox privacy options can interfere IIRC. Enabling the option to prevent websites tracking you can apparently interfere with some Linksys routers.
