there is also the issue of frame buffering,

when the gpu load something to and from its ram there is a pre defined buffer stage , often if the mouse is slows or "washy" then turning down said buffer can help,

only tool i have used for it was ati tray tools, warning, this shouldnt be installed with the catalyst control center in auto start mode, they are incompatible(sometimes, depends on version and actual card installed)
it can be installed on your system but make sure CCC doesnt start by itself on the next restart.

also, it is a fairly advanced tool and while there are several comprehensive guides online one needs to be a bit carefull since you can literally force crash some cards when using non supported function(this hasnt been an issue for me since the hd4000 series.)

just received a CMstorm quickfire pro, i love the feel of new cherry red switches

i have an old model m, unfortunetly the wear on it can be felt and as such i used a non mechanical keyboard for the quite some time.
i really have missed the sound.

one issue is the german keyprint, to me it doesnt matter much and that was the only reason they sold it at that price, brilliant

I'm surprised that graphics card can handle that many monitors, I have to ask since you've spent so much money on the rest, why didn't you go for a higher end graphics card? I'm planning on getting a 24" 3D monitor soon, with 120hz so no more screen tearing during games ;P Problem is I'd need at least two which will cost £600 -__- so I may go for a 24" 76Hz monitor at £176 to make things cheaper!

I actually got the card when I had a single monitor. I was able to get the other two monitors at a really good price through the job I had at the time. I do plan to either get another one or upgrade in the next few months.

Upgrading from 2nd-gen i3-2100 to 3rd-gen i5-3470. Gaming performance is amazing (70-100% faster across the board!) and almost half the price of an i7 3770k while being within 5-10% of its gaming performance numbers!
That extra savings went into more+faster RAM, a nice big 240GB Sandisk SSD and a cheapo motherboard for the old i3. I'll give the i3 rig and a Radeon 4870 to my boy who'll LOVE the gaming performance! I'll keep the old Q6600 Core2Quad for Folding@Home 24/7 while the new i5 only folds when I'm not using the compy for games.

Great performance for only ~$400 Canadian! I'll get building and post the results soon!
