Yeah. There could be a point at which the earth would stop self destructing at that speed.
The earth might reach an equilibrium in which it keeps spinning that fast but stops loosing mass. The lighter stuff: air, water, vegetation, humans, and lighter weight soil and rocks, get ejected, but the heavier basaltic rocks deeper down in the mantle stay. And all of that ejected debris gradually coalesces into little moons or something.
Or ..not...and the earth might dismantle itself down to the core. It probably would take some sophisticated number crunching to figure out which way it would go.
