What theme do most of you guys use in Windows XP?

I use the High Contrast theme on the Windows XP at college (just long enough so I can start an X-Session on a Linux machine). If I said that windows was unuable for me with other settings, everyone would think I am exaggerating, but since I can not. I need big fonts even though everyone else seems to be perfectly happy with tiny symbols, I can not read. The High Contrast makes it at least easier to look at things and it increases some texts.
