It depends: On my craptop (my real system has hardware problems atm) it's about:splash (a site with some infos on dillo). At college, the intranet portal and on my real computer (which hopefully will get fixed soon), in Konqueror, it's ~ (For the Windows-users here: my home directory).

I honestly don't remember what mine is. I use Firefox with the Session Manager plug-in, so that if/when I close the browser, it saves all the tabs I have open.
