I downloaded and burned OpenSuse 11 with KDE4, but was so repulsed by the livecd environment that I never installed it. It turned me off from KDE for a while. A friend of mine is a big fan of OpenSUSE though, and I've heard that 4.1 is better than 4.0, or at least it seems to be less hated.

Windows 7 would have to wait until I've found one of these great computers in the trash.

I got Sabayon installed successfully, though I haven't gotten wifi yet.

Oddly enough, it seems to install *everything* by default. I mean, I have 6 different GUIs to choose from at login, and I have a rather excessive selection of preinstalled software, including stuff like Skype that I emphatically *do not want* on my computer. I like Sabayon's rendition of KDE though.
