Structure, yes, but not the slightest bit in the sense that you are thinking of. There is nothing static about that structure as there would be if it were some kind of grain. Instead, it is constantly changing energy, the creation and annihilation of particles, of wormholes, and of black holes far tinier than an electron. Spacetime isn't empty, but it is hardly some kind of grain no matter what some newspaper publishes.
