Some, but not too much, been a while since i have had to use it. I also cant afford the software suites for some of the stuff like VB.net. I know bit and pieces of some others like C/C++, Java, and basic scripting for windows. But yeah, knowing the basics of how .INI files work can really help you boost the performance of games. It does however depend on your hardware setup, so you should always back up the file before tweaking it.
