When are you gonna switch to Windows Vista?
In 1-2 years. 3%  3%  [ 2 ]

I will use Windows XP until I am forced to switch to Vista. 51%  51%  [ 36 ]
Never. I use a non-Microsoft OS. 33%  33%  [ 23 ]

Hopefully never. Currently using XP, and if forced to upgrade to a better computer, I will most likely specify, or get a used copy of XP Pro, and also seriously consider turning that machine into a Hackintosh.

I use Leopard 10.5 (proud Mac owner).

I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'll stay with XP thanks. My mums future PC may have Vista on it though.

There's quite a con trick going on. Microsoft have obviously "dropped a hint" with manufacturers, that they should make it as hard as possible for people to hang onto XP.

With luck, it will just mean more people switch to Linux, when they discover they hate Vista, and it's harder to do the minor upgrade to XP than to do the useful upgrade to Linux.
