The internet should come with total freedom of expression and information. In short, everything's here, anyone can access it anywhere, except at home where parents can have the choice to filter content.

Nobody's really gonna do anything that bad at school, anyway. There's always at least one person in every classroom who feels the need to grass people in just to make themselves feel like the star pupil, and these people are a significant danger to anyone but their own kind. And most people with common sense will be aware of this and won't go looking at porn or whatever at school.
