Well that sucks, I think I'm going to contribute to their project and do an ASCII art implementation of WebGL :)

I imagine you could format aalib into a webgl plugin or something.

That would be kinda cool.

They'd need JS support first. Long road.

Frefox...love the add-ons and you can use guides to optimize your browser.

Saw soemthing funny a while back..."Internet Explorer: the best web browser for downloading a better web browser!"

I use chrome for it's raw speed but if that's not an issue then it's firefox (optimization, memory).

I like chrome mainly because it isn't as much of a resource hog as my other installed browsers (my lappy's 4 years old so it needs all the help it can get!)

These days FF uses less memory than Chrome.

Firefox has been my browser of choice since 2005, whether on Windows, Linux or FreeBSD. On Linux and FreeBSD I use Lynx if I am in text mode. Regarding the memory thing, Firefox *does* seem to use less memory these days. Sometimes a while ago it'd take up to 1GB. Now whenever I check it's somewhere around 200-300MB, even if I had it running for a while. Also the extensions' breaking headache seems to be over now, at least with the extensions I use. The reason I use Firefox is useful extensions, and it was a disappointing having them break due to rapid release cycle.

I like Firefox and Chrome! :)

Firefox - is safe, fast and has a lot of addons!

Chrome - safe and has a wide variety of apps from the Chrome store (I can play Angry Birds!)
