I did a speed test at speedtest.net and get 11.03 Mb/S Down 7.38 Mb/S Up. But when I go to YouTube the video keeps starting and stopping. I assume it's YouTube. Does anyone else experience this?
I assume I don't have to tweak using Dr. TCP for Windows 7...correct?
