I got a new cell phone from Virgin Mobile. I called the same day to get my old cell number from net10 in 3-5 days. They deactivate the old number, and never activate the new cell. I called to get a new number and I got it had to program the cell myself, and I cant call anyone, they did not listen when I was choosing what features I wanted I choose texting and web I log-in to the site yesterday with my # and pass code they required and nothing was right. My old sister said she would help me with it today. I tired to log-in to the account to show her whats wrong and they DO NOT have my cell number. WTF?

Cell phone companies are the main reason I don't have a cell phone. That, and the cost.

Is this a pay as you go plan? if it is try trac-phone, if not try sprint. Sounds like a sketchy company. Just the name makes it sound like something I wouldn't want to do business with.

My brother had Virgin Mobile for years. It was horrible.

I think that the reason that the company is so bad is that they are British. When National Grid (A British company) bought Niagara Mohawk The power started to go off more often for no reason and eventually they were fined for that. It seems that British companies don't seem to care about their foreign divisions after they buy them.
