Is $35 too much to pay for a6 cell battery, for a dell d600. My laptop currently gets 5-10 minutes on battery. It's about as powerful as a netbook, XP obviously. Is it even worth fixing?

Batteries are expensive. Thats a decent price.

As far as repairing your notebook, we would need to know more.

I'd say for that laptop, if it's a genuine new or refurb Dell battery, you've got a steal. if your only issue with the laptop is battery life, it's ay that's a great deal to get it working reasonably again. Do you hae the flashing power/keyboard lights problem with your D600?
