Does anyone know how to transfer bookmarks in firefox?

I'm trying to transfer all my bookmarked websites in firefox to a new computer. Does anyone know how to do this?

In Firefox Select Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks...
In the Bookmarks Manager select File > Export... and save the bookmarks to a file (default name bookmarks.html)

Copy that file to the new computer and in Firefox open the Bookmarks Manager and select File > Import... and choose the From File option.

Which operating system are you using? Everything is stored in a way, that all your searching history and be preserved. I've done it when transferring from Vista to XP

You also might want to try using X-Marks bookmark synchronizer. I use this for transferring and keeping
all my bookmarks in sync with multiple computers.
