Fun game related to digital electronics

I was just looking around for a new game to play when I stumbled upon this:
KOHCTPYKTOP: Engineer of the People
It's a really fun (and challenging) game where you can build logic gates and use them to make circuits. If you know or are willing to learn a little bit of digital electronics, I suggest you try it. I've learned a lot from this game, and I'm having a lot of fun with it.

OK I have seen the game, I can not get started as I can not work out how to change from P to N type silicon.

Press shift when you lay down silicon on the surface is the answer.

It is a bit of a disappointment it seems like we can only make only bipolar, why can we not make FET type logic ? I am having trouble playing the game as many of the buttons are hidden by blackness.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

Well I have been able to get started, it is rather hard. I have tried to make diodes but so far I have only been able to make bipolar transitors. Has anyone worked out how to solve any of the problems without having a negative ground rail or another ability to pull things down to the 0 volt rail ?

I'm not sure I fully understand the problem, but I have been able to solve a few of these. In case you haven't gotten past the first one, which is the inverter/NOT gates, you can make a NOT gate by forming a PNP gate and connecting one of the yellow sides to positive voltage, the other to your output, and the red side to your input.
