Which one of those headsets is better?

I'm currently in a peril I've got to chose between two headsets
This one

which one of those two is better in your opinion? (The price doesn't matter to me, I just care which one is better. (I plan to use it to narrate some movies, and answer skype calls)

I've read some of the reviews and found the one at Amazon to have better customer feedback. So, based on those alone, I would recommend that one
