I'm into vintage computers, and I want to start collecting them after I get the space. I have an Apple IIc that I got from a freecycle right now, and I found a place where I can get a Commodore 64. The problem is I don't know much about old computers. My Apple IIc doesn't work; I plugged the monitor into one outlet and the computer into another outlet, connected the monitor to the computer, and turned both of them on, but all I got was some flashing. I'm not sure if it's because I plugged them in wrong, or because I fried the computer by doing something else wrong, or if it just wasn't working when I got it. Does anyone know anywhere to get information on using vintage computers, like how to fix them, run them, and program them?
