Downloading Flash Video

I sometimes come across some flash video sites that play for awhile and stop. I tried pausing it and waiting but it doesn't seem to buffer. Is there away to download the entire flash video and just play it locally so I don't have to wait for all the stop/starts.

I know there are some flash video downloaders but they only support certain video sites. The sites that have you click for "human verification" doesn't allow these downloaders to see the video on the page.

Just tried it. Didn't work. In the log it says "Connected" and then "Waiting for retry"...it keeps cycling through that. The site must have blocked it.

I actually tried that...didn't work. I tried a demo of replay media and it worked. Thanks.
