I know, chances are slim, but does anyone possess (or have easy access to) a book by Ilan Vardi called "Computational Recreations in Mathematica". Please pm me if you do. I need a certain proof from it; it's only a page or two. Perhaps you could scan the proof, or relate the details by pm or email.
