They didn't say if the information took d/c time to be able to acquire, or if it was instantaneous... That is key.

If instantaneous, then by use of distant mirrors, we can communicate with our past... (well, we'd never be able to get back further than the day the experiment is set up)

but think... talking from our future to now

Creating the equivalent of a Morse lamp using entanglement wont work. All that jiggling entangling particles can do is change one stream of random crap into another stream of random crap. Both ends must be correlated to extract a message. To get both the sender and the receiver together requires moving stuff at light speed or slower.
