Are there any apps out there that are helpful for adult autistic people, beyond the kind of touch-interface communication devices for non verbal autistics?

What I'm thinking of:
-- Stuff to help with executive function/organization
-- Stuff to help manage sensory issues
-- Stuff to help keep calm and prevent meltdown/shutdown
-- Stuff to learn social skills
-- Some sort of portable Guide to Manners (Emily Post? Miss Manners?)
-- Guidebook for nonverbal language, facial expressions, body language, maybe like work done by Paul Ekman
-- Scripts or messages for those times we DO have meltdowns and go nonverbal, temporarily. Messages could be for police, fire department, rescue personnel, doctors in ER, etc.

Some stuff I've cobbled together using standard apps, like putting a bunch of notes in my Notes app that might be helpful if I go nonverbal. Calendar and Outlook help somewhat with the executive function, but not totally.
