Question about Itunes

I just got a new laptop and have been trying to transfer data all day! I clicked transfer purchases which put some Itunes bought music on there,ALL my movies (I've been doing digital copy DVD's so YA for that) and I use Frostwire for a good chunk of my music needs (so yes I'll have to redownload some songs) (They are on the External HDD but magically aren't showing up) I'm in the process of downloading ALL my Apps from Touch-new Laptop so after ALL THIS! (Music,Apps,Movies, Redownloaded the podcasts no biggie) SO after ALL THIS! Should I assign this new Laptop to my Ipod Touch? (I NEVER clicked to make anything OFFICIAL since I didn't want to lose my music/movies etc. from my other itunes. (It's the same DAMN account! Why I couldn't just sign in and POOF! My account on a new laptop I HAVE NO IDEA DAMN APPLE!! !! !! !! !!

Not too familiar with iTunes. I've never even used that software. Have you checked to see if your music is in the correct folder?

Advanced > Activate share at home
(or something similar in your language)
