HTML Youtube Strobe in Google Chrome

Hey guys, I'm using the Youtube embedding code in some of my HTML. I have a strange issue in google chrome. When I'm testing out my webpage, the video seems to strobe from the video to black. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, do you have a resolution? The last part of code I added to my HTML was a title attribute to one of my (<a>) tags.

No strobing in Chrome here.
