It would be nice if a certain boating incident involving a certain iPod touch had not happened, but at least I can install it to my dads phone. Is it based on any *nix code? I've heard OSX and iOS are based on Unix.

iOS is based on OS X, and OS X is a UNIX system.

I wonder what and how reliable this is...
I know flash can be a recourse hog.
It can take up chunks of ram.

Ok, I was just curios because on the terminal on the jailbroken iOS I've noticed similarities between in and linux command line.
