This strip sums up what I think of A+ techies and of tech culture in general.

My favorite story to tell is about when an AT&T CS rep told me to dial my own phone number to connect via dialup while their DSL was down.

Ive always liked XKCD comics, especially since I can relate to the subject matter because of what I took up as my "major" at the local tech school. Some people dont realize this, but if you hold the mouse over their strips, you get a neat little caption. XD

and yeah, backdoors are always fun.

Ironically, you have yet to respond to my comment on this thread where I said that you were wrong when you called Asp-Z a freetard for saying that *Nix's are better than Windows 7, evidently failing to grasp that *Nix's are not all free software. You're just babbling with no apparent purpose in mind.

LMAO! That is PERFECT!

I don't think I've ever needed to phone a helpline, but I'll need to if the ISP screws things up at their end at some point and I dread having to do it for this very reason :P

and yet noone can ever just reach a compromise and state that each OS has its ups and downs. Complete fanboyism for an OS does get irritating... especially with the damn insults towards users of OSes that the insulter doesn't like. Its part of the reason I really dont follow through anymore in regards to tech. You get way too many fanboyish arguements :/

I was talking to a desk-jockey at my ISP (using the obvious device) and she asked me "Are you calling from a telephone?"
