I would go do something and it would stop loading and start doing a soft reset. Thinking it was a virus or some malware laced app I did a hard restart. and it still have the problem. this is the second day that this has happen. should I go to Sprint (for the millionth time) about this piece of s*** phone or start looking on sites like cragslist and ebay for a used phone (mostly the LG rumor)? Or if anyone can tell me how to fix this please tell me.

Well that's unfortunate, sorry I cant help you any further. Have you tried the net, surely there must be some sort of Palm forum. Google is your friend.

Backup your data and reset the phone to stock. Palm should have software for Windows and Mac for that. If all else fails, go with Android.
