I'm wanting to expand my software company (ianford dot com) to have a few autistic/asperger subcontractors, and am currently negotiating with a marketer about bringing in more work. I've already used a spectrum artist for 2 projects.

For anyone out there who is a programmer, I need at least one soon for a project lasting through September, and may need more. (You must be experienced in c#/web, not entry level. Send resume to software at ianford dot com)

I've also considered setting up a "school" or mentoring shop for programmers with less experience (even teens), but getting real projects and using them as teaching case studies to learn how to write requirements, architecture principles, and so on. Do you think this is practical and possible?
